Variations
Grape variety: Melon de Bourgogne Description: Cuvée from a schist terroir which brings richness and suppleness to the wine. In the cellar we have chosen to naturally accentuate this roundness by a second fermentation, atypical in Muscadet, allowing to deacidify the wine. Food and wine pairings: turkey blanquette, raclette, pressed cheese

Goulaine
Grape variety: Melon de Bourgogne Description: Le Goulaine is the name of our communal vintage. This vintage comes from a 35-year-old plot selected for the quality of its schist terroir. We work this vine in such a way as to obtain low yields. We seek to concentrate the fruit of our grapes to obtain vintages that keep over time and that fully express their terroir. We stabilize and enrich this wine by aging on lees for an extended period of 30 months. Food and wine pairings: Scallop casserole, grilled fish or simply as an aperitif!
